ANIMAGIC NOT INVOLVED WITH ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY PUBLISHING, LLC

Rotterdam, The Netherlands (August 11th, 2003) -- Animagic denies any involvement with Advanced Technology Publishing LLC or any other venture or business of Mr. David Waathiq, also known as Mujaahid D. Waathiq.Animagic recently received information regarding Mr. Waathiq and his business operations that has led to the instant termination of any association with Mr. Waathiq. This information included court documents from failed chapter 13 petitions, legal cases brought forth by investors that have lost money due to allegedly fraudulent business practices, and a long list of unpaid contractors and associates, quite a few of whom also filed in small claims court.

Animagic, in the person of our managing director, Mr. Stefan Didak, was approached by Mr. Waathiq and subsequent communications and exchanges of information led us to decide to invest a substantial amount of money to fund the operations of Mr. Waathiq's most recent business, Advanced Technology Publishing LLC. This decision was based onthe background, experience, and good reputation of Mr. Waathiq as represented to us at a time.

Approval of the contractual agreements was still pending when we discovered that this presentation was entirely incorrect and inaccurate. Animagic has since appointed appropriate parties to initiate a full investigation into these matters and has terminated all association and involvement with Mr. Waathiq or any of his business operations, regardless of what name they may go by.

In recent days evidence has been uncovered that clearly indicates that Mr. Waathiq has been using the communications regarding our investment plans for Advanced Technology Publishing as a means to convince other individuals and businesses to invest in or aid in his business operations. We do not take kindly to that and officially deny any involvement of any kind in any manner that Mr. Waathiq desires to present it.

"I have encountered a number of fraudulent individuals and businesses during my nearly two decades in business but am both amazed and dismayed about the level of trust this individual is able to inspire while in reality being nothing more than a small-time, failed entrepreneur, with dishonest intentions," said Mr. Didak.

Animagic admits it should have noticed signs early on when Mr. Waathiq was communicating through non-ATP e-mail addresses such as influence-integrity.com, a company that claims to assist in "influencing with integrity". Animagic would not consider itself surprised if this is yet another entity that is controlled by or used for any dishonest activities by Mr. Waathiq. "It is amazing just how many shocking details can be discovered if you know how to spell an individual's name and use www.google.com," according to Mr. Didak.

Animagic has been a leader and trendsetter in its field since 1989 and values its good name and reputation. A reputation we do not allow to be misappropriated by potential business associates that have misrepresented themselves in the course of doing business. Pending the outcome of our ongoing investigation, Animagic will reserve the right to pursue any legal action against any fraudulent or misrepresented business and as such will not hesitate to pursue such actions as allowed to the fullest extend of the law against Mr. Waathiq and the officers of any of his businesses where our communications are used to imply any association with us.

Anyone with information or evidence regarding the misappropriation of our name by the abovementioned individuals and companies is advised to contact us. We appreciate your effort in the battle against those who appear to thrive on hiding behind the reputations of others and which can be considered bad elements in the business world for those who wish to conduct their business with true integrity.
